Studies for a versatile wedding dress

June 2010 – A dear friend was getting married in December 2010 and wanted to explore ideas for a wedding dress, which would be more like a cocktail dress, so as to be re-usable (!). In the end, she chose traditional silk dress for the traditional ceremony (similar to lobola) and a simpler, knee-lenght shift for the Registry.
