“Ao cabo de três dias, andando para o meio-dia, o homem encontra-se em Anastásia, cidade banhada por canais concêntricos e sobrevoada por grandes papagaios de papel. Eu deveria agora (…) falar das mulheres que vi tomar banho na piscina de um jardim e que às vezes convidam – conta-se – o transeunte a despir-se e a correr atrás delas na água. (…)”
Reading Italo Calvino’s Invisible Cities (As Cidades Invisíveis, D.Quixote, 2015). At the same time, trying to conjure those imagined cities onto paper. Herewith,  Anastásia.
